Classes last 1h15, are in French or English and are mostly adapted to all levels. Text readings, mantra chanting, asanas, pranayama and meditation are all part of my classes.

 On retreats, we can delve deeper into our practice, wherever you are coming from.  Asanas, pranayama, meditation and chanting are integral part of my workshops. I have been facilitating biannual  weekend yoga retreats for over 10 years. I also organise longer retreats in other regenerating destinations In France and abroad. Yoga for children

Children are sponges. Giving them good habits and the feel for taking care of themselves at an early age is one of the best gifts you can give them. Helping them stay connected to their natural ability to be in tune with their Higher Self can be a life-long tool. I propose workshops at schools or other situations. Contact me for more information. Sound healing therapy

Everything surrounding us has a vibration that affects our personal vibration. We are constantly absorbing energies from our surroundings. Some are beneficial for us, others not. The healing sounds and vibrations emanating from Tibetan bowls are made in such a way to help balance our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual waves, like a tuner bringing us back into our right note. I personally chose and brought back this set of bowls from Rishikesh after following a course with wonderful teacher Bhanu. https://himalayanacademyofsound.com/homepage

I offer 30 minute private sessions using different size bowls for the corresponding chakras and depending on your needs.

Private classes

One on one private yoga classes offers personal care and attention. If you have any particular health issue or physical limitations I will adapt the class to what will bring you the most benefit. I also work with physically/mentally challenged clients ( Parkinsons, autism ... ) and have had definite noticeable improvements. “I feel much better afterwards” Barbara - challenged client with whom I have been working with for over 7 years.
